Following this presentation, with the collaborative efforts of their partners in Boston, vaginal dilators have become standard care for all patients receiving pelvic radiation in Botswana. Lorato is also a member of MSH. She is the first MSH member from Botswana. She believes this multidisciplinary collaboration will be of immense benefit to patients in Botswana.
