Express prohibition of sexual harassment as defined above at the work place should be notified, published and circulated in appropriate ways. If anyone is found guilty of the above act the same may be taken into account and the penalty imposed on the offender. Where such conduct amounts to a specific offence under the Indian penal code or under any other law, the employer shall initiate appropriate action in accordance with law by making compliant with the appropriate authority.
A team member desiring to raise any question in which he is directly concerned, shall at the first instance, discuss it with his immediate supervisor. Not getting satisfactory solution from his immediate supervisor, he may raise his problem within 3 days to his sectional head.
