Very stupid client service, I was not able to travel because of health issues, I contacted the customer service to cancel my stay and get a refund, they told me to try to get the refund from my insurance, if my insurance did not give me a refund, I get back to them.
I contacted my insurance to ask for refund, they asked for a justification that I did not stay at the hotel. I contacted the customer service to give me a justification that I did not show up to take my room, they did not provide such justification.
