General and Cancellation Policies. If coming to our Jackson office, we recommend that you arrive at least minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
This allows time for an unhurried experience and ample time to sign your client waiver and discuss your treatments needs to your therapist — this way you to be ready on the massage table at your appointed start time. If we are coming to your residence — we will arrive 15 minutes at least before your scheduled appointment time — please be there to let us in!
In the event that you are running late, we will endeavor to conduct your full treatment, however, please note that the treatment may need to be shortened if the therapist has another booking immediately afterwards. The reservation of an appointment indicates that Massage Professionals of Jackson Hole has reserved the service time for you and therefore has had to decline other customer business for that particular service time either at the office or other out-call appointments.
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour window are subject to the full charge for each service.
Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card holders. At the time of booking we require a credit card number to confirm your appointment.
