NMT is a specialized form of Manual Therapy where the therapist uses static pressure on specific myofascial points to relieve pain. This technique manipulates the soft tissues of the body muscles, tendons, and connective tissue to balance the central nervous system. Work is followed with Swedish Massage techniques to flush toxins and reintegrate systems. A systematic application of techniques known to enhance circulation of blood and lymph.
