The National Child Nutrition Conference is the premier annual event held by the National CACFP Association, bringing together professionals from child care centers, home providers, sponsoring organizations, school districts, afterschool programs, Head Start programs, Food Banks, tribal nations and State Agencies. The Conference will be held at the Hilton Anatole from Tuesday-Thursday, April , , but we have additional training opportunities available on Monday and Friday as well. To pay by check, please select the invoice option at the time of registration and mail it in with your check.
If you choose the invoice option , the payment must be made by the due date on the invoice or the registration s will be cancelled. The last day to request an invoice is March 14, There are no refunds.
As a courtesy, you may transfer like registrations to someone within your organization by March 27 , 5. Yes, you can view all sessions at the conference website under the Programming page.
Programming is subject to change. Pre and post conference trainings are only available onsite in Dallas. There are no refunds if you register for the virtual only sessions and a pre or post conference training. The deadline to make changes to pre and postconference sessions is March 27, Transfers from preconference sessions to post conference sessions and vice versa are not allowed. Registered attendees will be able to book at our group rate once registered for the conference. The hotel booking link will be in your confirmation email.
